Our accommodations our situated inside of comfortable apartments located in the historic center of the city, and therefore near several universities of the surrounding area.  What we do. ZG housing® provides housing to students registered at the faculty departments of the University of Ferrara. ZG housing® is not a real estate agency, and can therefore offer the advantage of not applying any intermediary costs.  |
 To whom do we provide our services? Our target clients are university students from all over Italy and abroad that are registered for a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate Degree course of study at the University of Ferrara..  How do we work? Accommodations are provided in comfortable apartments equipped with kitchen and household goods, bathroom with washing machine, and the rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, desk, nightstand, bed with orthopedic mattress, television and common use bathroom and kitchen. The rental lease has a duration of 12 months according to the formula "Accommodations for university students" and also includes regular cleaning of the rented apartments.  Why should you choose us?
