  Who we are. ZG Housing is a branch of ZG Srl Holding, a company operating in commercial, real estate and tourism sectors.  Where we are. Our accommodations our situated inside of comfortable apartments located in the historic center of the city, and therefore near several universities of the surrounding area.  What we do. ZG Housing provides housing to students registered at one of the many faculty departments of the University of Ferrara. ZG Housing is not a real estate agency, and can therefore offer the advantage of not applying any intermediary costs.  |
 To whom do we provide our services? Our target clients are university students from all over Italy and abroad that are registered for a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate Degree course of study at the University of Ferrara..  How do we work? Accommodations are provided in comfortable double or single rooms furnished with a wardrobe, desk, nightstand, bed with orthopedic mattress, television and common use bathroom and kitchen. The rental lease has a duration of 12 months according to the formula "Accommodations for university students" in conformity with an agreement stipulated among the trade union associations and filed at the Ferrara City Hall (see the section "Forms and Attachments" from the City of Ferrara website), and also includes regular cleaning of the rented apartments.
